An amyloglucosidase and acid amylase from Aspergillus niger. Used in Apple and Pear Juice for starch hydrolysis during the depectinisation stage.

NATUZYM© P EXTRA PLUS

An improved and further concentrated pectinase from Aspergillus niger and is containing some cellulase and arabanase side activities. The product has been developed especially to improve the clarification and flow rate for pear juice extraction.

NATUZYM© DP +

A concentrated pectinase produced by fermentation from a selected classic strain of Aspergillus niger. Multiple activities including pectin lyase, polygalacturonase, pectin esterase and arbanase as well as being able to break down the pectin in the fruit for the purpose of depectinisation and clarification. The arabanase activity of this product is very high to prevent post araban haze in the concentrate.

NATUZYM© DP Ultra

A concentrated pectinase produced by fermentation from a selected classic strain of Aspergillus niger. It contains enzyme activities such as pectin lyase, polygalacturonase, pectin esterase and arabanase and is able to break down pectin present in the fruit for depectinisation and clarification. The main application is in the production of apple and pear juice concentrate. The arabanase activity helps to prevent post araban haze in the concentrate.

A powerful pectinase from Aspergillus niger for fast hydrolysis of the soluble pectin - leading to better pressability of the pulp with all types of presses. This can be used at ambient temperature for the maceration of apples and pears for clear juice production.

NATUZYM© MAX ULTRA

A very powerful pectinase from Aspergillus niger. It is a macerating enzyme preperation with balanced side activities that has been specially developed for a fast hydrolysis of soluble pectin leading to better pressability of the pulp with all types of presses. This can be used at ambient temperature for the maceration of apples and pears for clear juice production. This product contains a good balance of pectin lyase, polygalacturonase and pectin esterase required for fruit maceration. This will improve the production capacity and is aiming at a high yield throught the season.

A formulation of a pectinase produced from a selected strain of Aspergillus niger and cellulase from a special strain of trichoderma longibrachiatum. The product has been specially developed for puree or juice extraction from stone fruits. This product contains a broad range of side activities like pectin-lyase, rhamno-galacturonase and endoglucanase that help in the degredation of structural compounds released after the hot break and improve the clarification and the UF-flux rate.

A concentrated acid pectinase produced from Aspergillus niger. it has been developed for maceration and depectinisation of acidic berries like blackcurrent, raspberry, cranberry and blueberry. Due to its low anthocyanase activity, it allows total pectin hydrolysis with release of a stable red colour.

An improved and further concentrated acid pectinase produced from Aspergillus niger with very low anthocyanase activity.

NATUZYM© Filtration

A formulation of a pectinase, arabanase and cellulase produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger of Trichoderma longibrachiatum. The product has been specially developed to improve the filtration properties during the juice extraction from a wide variety of grapes and berries.

A highly concentrated acid pectinase produced from Aspergillus niger. it is very active and stable and pH2.50. Used especially for lemon or lime juice depectinisation, viscosity reduction, fast clarification and fast concentration of the juice.

A concentrated pectinase for the citrus juice industry. Developed for the application of lemon juice clarification as well as citrus peel juice recovery. After decanting the clear juice has a low level of galacturonic acid and pectin can be valorised.

NATUZYM© CW

A pectinase from Aspergillus niger. This product has a limited effect on pectin breakdown and avoids clarification of cloudy products. It can be used for a juice's viscosity reduction, pulp and core washing or citrus pre-peeling.
